The hotel offers a wonderful experience with beautifully designed rooms, very comfortable beds, and a fantastic Nespresso coffee machine. The service was always polite and helpful, although a bit slow at times. The location is superb, close to the beach and vibrant areas of Patong, yet providing a peaceful escape. The dining options were excellent, with a few minor hiccups. Overall, a great value for a stay in the electrifying Patong area.

The hotel had some unique features in the rooms like a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer, but they were still noisy despite double glazing. The balcony and huge rain shower were nice additions. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and with a great rooftop pool. Dining was a standout with many delicious options available.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms smelled nice daily, especially on the lower floors. They were super spacious and incredibly well decorated with modern choices everywhere. The only downside was that they tended to get a bit moist and wet when you turned off the AC, which was a bit inconvenient.
