The hotel offers a wonderful experience with beautifully designed rooms, very comfortable beds, and a fantastic Nespresso coffee machine. The service was always polite and helpful, although a bit slow at times. The location is superb, close to the beach and vibrant areas of Patong, yet providing a peaceful escape. The dining options were excellent, with a few minor hiccups. Overall, a great value for a stay in the electrifying Patong area.
